Built on the road,
proven in the claim

G&C Pty Ltd is led by George Yousef — a civil engineer and contract administration specialist with over a decade on major road and civil infrastructure projects across NSW, from motorway maintenance and asphalt surfacing to council upgrade programs for tier-one clients.

That time was spent on both sides of the table: building the claims as the contractor, and assessing them for the principal. It is exactly that double vision — knowing what the assessor will strike out before the claim is even submitted — that G&C puts to work for its clients.

2023 CCF Project Manager of the Year. 2024 AfPA Emerging Leader finalist. Bachelor of Civil Engineering.

The SOPA clock

Served a payment claim in NSW? The clock is already running — for both sides. Put in the date it was served and see the statutory deadlines under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW).

If the respondent misses the schedule date, the claimed amount becomes a statutory debt. Most people find that out too late — G&C's clients find it out here.
